LogOn
LogOn is a mobile platform designed to provide a streamlined and private way of reporting occupational violence (OV) and a way to visually track progress on those reports to keep those who are responsible in tending to them accountable. Based on our research with front-line customer service staff, we have found out that most don't receive formal training for when and how to report OV or feel too intimidated to reach out for help.
